How to get to Preveza
By Air: The nearest airport is Aktion National Airport (PVK), located approximately 7 km from Preveza. The airport is served by domestic and international flights, particularly during the summer season. From the airport, Preveza can be reached by taxi, rental car or local bus in around 10–15 minutes. By Road: Preveza is easily accessible by road via the A5 (Ionia Odos) motorway. It is approximately 1 hour from Ioannina, 2 hours from Patras and around 4 hours from Athens. The Aktio–Preveza Undersea Tunnel provides direct access to the town from the west. By Car: Preveza is well connected to the main cities of Epirus and western Greece, making it an easy destination to reach by car. The town and surrounding area are also conveniently connected to the major tourist destinations of the Ionian coast.
